Team Europe visit East Alexandria wastewater treatment plant

BRUSSELS, 04 February 2024 / PRN Africa / -- Team Europe visited last week East Alexandria wastewater treatment plant. The project, funded by AFD, aims to build a sludge treatment unit, making it the first in Egypt outside of Cairo. Ambassador Berger said this plant represents a concerted effort by the EU and its member states to support Egypt in enhancing its water security and management.
