Ad-Hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 Listing Rules: EEII 2025 – Half year results   Zug, July 25th, 2025   EEII AG publishes half year results as of June 30, 2025.   EEII reports a loss of CHF 332,306 for the first half of 2025 (H2 2024: loss of CHF 224,521). The net asset value of EEII shares ("NAV") amounted to CHF -0.80 at the end of June 2025, representing a negative development of CHF -0.22 per share since the beginning of the year. During the first half of 2025, the company continued to lay the groundwork for a capital increase and the planned integration of Jubin Frères SA. As reported in the forward-looking statement in the 2024 annual report, the integration of Jubin Frères SA has been delayed due to the regulatory complexity of the transaction. The ongoing losses had a negative impact on the net equity of the company.
