The Annual General Meeting of Eckert & Ziegler SE (ISIN DE0005659700) today approved the proposal of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board and resolved to pay a dividend of EUR 0.50 per share for the 2024 fiscal year. As in the previous year, the Annual General Meeting was held as an in-person event at Eckert & Ziegler SE's headquarters in Berlin. A total of 59.28% of the company's share capital was represented. The Annual General Meeting approved all proposals presented for voting with a large majority.
