2 December of 2025 – Spanish leading Fintech ID Finance has been recognised by Great Place To Work® Spain as one of the Best Workplaces in Technology 2025 in the 101–500 employees category. The ranking highlights technology organisations that place trust, innovation and the wellbeing of their people at the centre of their culture. This recognition is based on Great Place to Work’s methodology, which analyses the experience of employees through its Trust Index survey and evaluates key cultural factors such as credibility, respect, fairness, pride and sense of community. As part of this assessment, Great People Mental Health applied its Emotional Wellbeing Index, a proprietary tool that uses artificial intelligence to interpret open-ended employee comments, developed in collaboration with The Turing® research lab and partner groups in the United States and Canada. According to this index, ID Finance achieved a score of 92 out of 100, the highest result among the organisations evaluated and significantly above the sector average of 76%. The Excellence in Mental Health award acknowledges ID Finance’s efforts to implement initiatives that address mental health in a comprehensive way, from awareness and prevention to access to specialised support.
