Mannheim/Germany, October 1, 2025 – The Supervisory Board decided at its meeting today to extend the contract of CEO Stefan Fuchs (57) for another three years until June 30, 2029. Stefan Fuchs has been with the company for 29 years, a member of the Executive Board since 1999, and CEO since 2004. He is responsible for Group Development, Human Resources, Corporate Marketing & Communications, and Strategy. “We are very pleased to continue our successful and trusting collaboration with Stefan Fuchs,” said Supervisory Board Chairman Dr. Christoph Loos. “We are confident that he will continue to lead the company reliably and successfully. Together, as already announced, we will prepare a group management sustainable and viable for the future to ensure the long-term success of the company.” Contractual duration of the Executive Board The contracts of the two regional and divisional board members, Dr. Timo Reister (46) and Dr. Ralph Rheinboldt (58) run until December 2028. Reister has been with the company for 16 years, a member of the Executive Board since 2016, and Deputy CEO since 2024. Rheinboldt has been with the company for 27 years and a member of the Executive Board since 2009. The contract of CFO Esma Saglik (49) runs until April 30, 2028 and the contract of CTO Mathieu Boulandet (43) until July 31, 2028.
