Cologne, 20 November 2025 – The European Science Park Group (ESPG), a real estate company specialising in science parks, is extending its lease agreement with ABB AG at the POWERHUB Science Park in Minden. This follows value-enhancing investments that have further increased the attractiveness of the location. The contract covers approximately 3,100 square metres of rental space, where ABB will further expand its activities in control and automation technology for wind turbines, as well as solutions for grid integration. The company has been established at the site since 2000.

The Science Park POWERHUB offers high-quality commercial space with modern lounge areas and supports a collaborative approach to work. With the conclusion of this agreement, ESPG has successfully transformed the site from a single-tenant to a multi-tenant park – an important step towards diversification and the sustainable utilisation of the site.
