(Hamburg, 24 March 2025) Dr Helmut Becker, CEO of ZEAL Network SE since September 2015, has informed the company's Supervisory Board that he will not extend his contract, which runs until 31 January 2026, and that he intends to pursue his own entrepreneurial activities in the future. He will fulfill his role as CEO of ZEAL Network SE until the end of his current mandate.

The Supervisory Board deeply regrets his decision and thanks him for his outstanding work. The Supervisory Board of ZEAL Network SE will immediately initiate a structured process for the succession of the CEO.
