Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR Allschwil, September 1, 2025 – SKAN Group announces that the Board of Directors completed the strategic succession planning process for the CEO position with the appointment of Jonas Greutert as of January 1, 2026. The Board of Directors expressed its sincere thanks to CEO Thomas Huber, who significantly and sustainably grew the company over eight consecutive years. Prior to that, he held several senior international management roles within Mettler-Toledo from 2015 to 2020 and spent seven years in leadership positions at the Dätwyler Group. He holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and a Doctor of Computer Science from ETH Zurich, as well as an MBA from the University of Rochester, New York.
