Publication of inside information in accordance with Art. 17 para. 1 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG receives around EUR 30.6 million repayment on its outstanding loan receivables from Obotritia Capital KGaA Potsdam, 31 October 2024 - Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG ("DKR") (ISIN DE000A14KRD3) today received a repayment of around EUR 30.6 million on its loan receivables from Obotritia Capital KGaA ("Obotritia Capital"). A further repayment of around EUR 7.4 million was indicated by Obotritia Capital for the first quarter of the financial year 2024/2025. Under the condition of this further repayment, a further extension of the repayment date for the then outstanding repayment amount until 31 December 2025 was agreed with Obotritia Capital. Since DKR had made a provision against the loan receivables from Obotritia Capital as of 30 September 2023 as a precautionary measure, the current payment and the further repayment indicated will result in extraordinary income in its income statement for the financial year 2023/2024 of around EUR 28.2 million.   Contact: Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG
