Munich, May 15, 2025: The Supervisory Board of cyan AG announces that Thomas Kicker, CEO of cyan AG, will terminate his Management Board contract prematurely by mutual agreement at his own request and for personal reasons and will leave the company on July 31, 2025, 24:00 CEST. Over the past one and a half years, Thomas Kicker has played a decisive role in the successful transformation process and the repositioning of the cyan Group. The Supervisory Board would like to thank Thomas Kicker for his always particularly pleasant, extremely productive and equally successful cooperation. The Supervisory Board has already commissioned a renowned headhunter with a structured search for a successor. From August 1, 2025, 0:00 CEST, until the appointment of a successor, Markus Cserna will lead cyan AG as the sole member of the Management Board.
