The company's share capital is to be increased by up to €471,219.00 from €22,986,027.00 to up to €23,457,246.00 against cash contributions, making partial use of the authorized capital. The new shares will be offered exclusively to professional investors as part of a private placement. The issue price has been set at €35.00 per new share.
