  AT&S Management Board proposes not to distribute a dividend for the financial year 2024/25   Disclosure of inside information pursuant to Article 17 MAR   Leoben – The Management Board of AT&S decided today, subject to the approval of the Supervisory Board, to propose to the 31th Annual General Meeting on July 3, 2025 that no dividend be distributed for the financial year 2024/25 (PY: € 0.00 per share).
