Exploration Co. Updates. Smartstox Alerts Investors to Saskatchewan Coal License Acquisitions by Reaugh Group Companies
The Smartstox Online TV Talk Show is alerting its subscribers and other resource stock investors to the new acquisitions made by Reaugh Group Companies Molycor Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE: MOR)(PINK SHEETS: MLYFF)(FRANKFURT: M1V), Rocher Deboule Minerals Corp. (TSX VENTURE:RD)(PINK SHEETS:RDBHF), and Goldrea Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE: GOR)(PINK SHEETS: GORAF)(FRANKFURT: GOJ).
Yesterday it was announced that the companies have entered into an agreement to each purchase a one-third interest in two separate groups of coal permit applications in Saskatchewan totaling approximately 400,564 acres.
One group is located 450 km northwest of the recent GoldSource Mines Inc coal discovery and entails 145 permit applications covering 330,335 acres in the Lower Cretaceous Mannville Group. The sub-bituminous coals of the Lower Cretaceous Mannville Group in Saskatchewan form seams of variable thickness and lateral extent that are spread over a wide geographic area. The permit applications cover the approximate location of Mannville coals in the northeast corner of a study area by Saskatchewan Industry and Resources where near-surface coal occurrences are located.
The second group is near the Alberta-Saskatchewan boundary and comprises 34 coal permit applications covering 70,227 acres, which covers the Macklin Coal field that has an historic (non-NI 43-101 compliant) resource estimate of 54 million tonnes of sub-bituminous "A" rank coal.
